Shipping Policy

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Asia and Africa: 10-20 business days
South America: 10-20 business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We won’t take responsibility and we won’t reship the lost order in the following cases :

• If tracking information states that the order was delivered.
• If the shipping address you provided was incorrect.
